The 2013 film Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela is counted among Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone's best films.The film was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and was Deepika and Ranveer's first film together.

Now, in an recent interview, their co-star Gulshan Devaiah talked about how Deepika Padukone and Ranveer fell in love while working on Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. 

Deepika and Ranveer Singh got married in 2018 in Italy. They dated for six years before tying the knot. In a recent interview, Gulshan Devaiah, who essayed the role of Bhavani in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, was asked if he noticed their chemistry on the sets. The actor shed light on their love story.

In an interview, Gulshan said,(We did not see anything in the first schedule. It was during the second schedule in Udaipur that we noticed that he was sitting on his laps. We shot a few song sequences together but we didn't see anything then.She came, did her job and left). Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film marked Ranveer and Deepika's first on-screen collaboration, after which they started dating. They played Ram and Leela, respectively.The film also featured Supriya Pathak, Sharad Kelkar, Richa Chadha and many more.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Relationship.The two have never made their relationship public, but they've been spotted out and about together over the years, and they've also made news for their PDA in interviews and on social media. According to Deepika, the two never broke up during their six-year courtship.

In an interview with Filmfare in 2018, Deepika said of her relationship with Ranveer, “Looking back, I was pretty much emotionally invested in us for six months. Then it was when are we getting married? I was never sure about him."
